I got high and ate a ton last night
and now my diet is pretty much ruined. I hate myself for it but I’ll get back on track and work out even harder.
Ugh. This is the bad thing about getting high.

so I talked to my boy on facebook today
for the first time since the 29th. We had a short little convo about the weather and how great Japanese candy is. Then after a stop in our conversation I asked him how his New Year’s went. He never answered that question.
It’s kind of killing me. He got offline a little bit after that. Then got online again, then offline again. And now he just updated his Facebook with a photo from his phone.
No response to my message and I’m beating myself up for it.
tomorrow is a 100 calorie day
I’m a little nervous but I’m hoping to just eat miso soup and drink water all day.

I honestly could have done without the mochi or candy cane.
